Civil Work: Complete Structure, Under Ground Water Tank, Columns, Beams & 3 Roof  Slabs

Plumbing Work: Fixtures, fittings, water supply, gas & sanitary pipelines.

    

Electrical Work: LT Panel, Distribution Boards Mains, Sub Mains And Earthing, Auditorium Light Control And Stage Dimming Control C-Bus System, Telephone, LAN/Wan System And Data (LAN/Wan) Structure Cabling System, Fiber optical cable connection old building to new building.

Fire Detection And Fire Extinguisher System: Fire Detection Fire Alarm System, Fire Extinguisher System, Carbon dioxide (CO₂) Type Fire Extinguisher, Hose Fire and Fire Hose Cabinet.

Air Conditioning Work: Split Type Units 121 Nos.

Air Conditioning (HVAC) Work For Auditorium: Rooftop Packaged Unit,

Capacity 23.5 Ton with ducting work.

Data (LAN/WAN) Structure Cabling System: Supply, installation & testing of Cables, Patch Panels, Outlets, Face Plates & Racks

Voice (Telephone) Structure Cabling System: Supply, installation & testing of all telephone wiring and connections

Public Address System (For Auditorium): Supply, installation & testing of boosters, speakers, audio/video, mixers, amplifiers & table microphone systems.

Maintenance of Buildings & Allied Infrastructure

(including Civil, Plumbing, Electrical Air-conditioning works) for Housing Complex at MCR Mahmood Kot. (Annual Running Contract).
