Mesal Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Contractors (Mesal CM&E) was found in 1978 registered with Registrar of Firms in Sindh Province (Pakistan) as “Engineers and Contractors”. This dynamic company was founded by Mr. Shahid Ashraf, the person having clear vision of the development trends of the construction work and a genuinely committed to contribute in the nation building.

The company is proud of its 30 years history of achievements particularly in the field of civil engineering construction. As the client based expanded, so Mesal CM&E has been now undertaking construction projects not only in Pakistan but also eagerly seeking opportunities in the Middle East. Mesal CM&E sought to be able to deliver the services and projects timely completed to the entire satisfaction of its clients, subsequently allowing them to consolidate most of their needs into one professional team of Mesal CM&E.

The Mesal CM&E shares significant gross domestic product & service of the Pakistan’s construction industry & employs more than 1800 people.
